Here's what to do next. 

1. Download and print this PDF.

2. Fill out the PDF with block letters.

3. Take your hair strand samples. We recommend 3-4 strands of hair, ideally with the root. 

4. Place your hair strand samples in a small sealable bag (Ziplocs are great).

5. Put your bagged hair sample and completed printed PDF into a small envelope.

6. Send your envelope to the address below, ensuring there's enough postage.
